Winter Blues Blue Goldstone Blog Hop
Liz E. from http://www.beadcontagion.blogspot.com/ is hosting this wonderful blog hop.
Liz sent us Blue Goldstone beads for this hop and the beads you see above are the ones I received. They are absolutely beautiful.
Thank you Liz for your generosity.
Liz and I, we were partners a few years ago on a bead soup blog hop.
We have been blog friends ever since.
Liz always lets me know about other blog hops. I really appreciate your friendship Liz.
Please visit http://www.beadcontagion.blogspot.com/ to see what the artists created.
With my beads I made a necklace, a bracelet an a pair of earrings.
I bought some 6mm blue golstone beads for the necklace.
I also added some bead caps with Swarovski crystals.
The bracelet I used a Chinese crystal in between the little donuts and a spacer in between the beads.
This set looks absolutely stunning, I really love it. So much bling, but hey, what girl doesn't like bling?
Thank you again Liz for hosting this blog hop and please visit http://www.beadcontagion.blogspot.com/

Zoisite Necklace
I bought this pendant long time ago, then I was at a bead store and I came across these beads, I knew it was a perfect match for my pendant.
A geology professor told me that the stones in my necklace had rubies in them. So I learned something new.
I have one more piece of zoisite, that I probably will make a bead embroidery pendant.

Bead Embroidery VI
This a sunset over the ocean, this pendant is going to be a birthday gift.
I went to a fabric outlet and found faux letter very inexpensive, I could not resist, and it is just perfect for the backing. I will have to take pictures next time of the back.

Bead Embroidery Pendant V
On this pendant I used pink Jade cabochon, cupchain, 3mm crystal beads, 11/0 seed beads and a pearl.
I have a big collection of bead embroidery. I am still making more.
I love how fast I can create a pendant.
I have a lot of cabochons that I keep buying, but I had no clue what to make with them.
Now finally I am using my cabs.

Dewdrops Pendant
This beautiful pendant is a pattern from Feb/March 2014 issue of Beadwork Magazine.
I absolutely love this pendant.
After I was done making it, I realized that I made a mistake on placing the clear teardrops, they should be facing the other way, oh well, I liked it, so I didn't take apart.
This is a Leslee Frumin's pattern.
This pattern calls for 15/0 seed, 11/0 seed, 3mm crystals, 6mm pearls, crystal teardrop 11x8mm, 3mm crystal bicones, 4mm crystal bicones and crystal teardrop 6x9mm.
The pattern also has a pearl necklace, but I like to use different chains.
I have bought more beads to make another color pendant.
